Well, the first thing to do when learning English is to try remembering how English people say it.
1. "every body" is quite different from "everybody". Within the context of your greetings (hi), you are not addressing the 'bodies' of the forum, thus 'everybody' is a more correct word to deploy in this case.
2. I don't hard working with it : your sentence lacks a verb to go with don't, hard is not a verb, and working is not in primitive form.
To put it correctly: I don't work hard on it.
3. What the hell is '4form' ?

i think that , if you are usually attending this forum , not only your writing skill of English will be raised up but also your ability of Excel will be reformed , about speaking skill , if you want to speak English very well , you should join a course of English maybe able to help , because your teacher will help you adjust your accent ,also don't forget to learn vocabulary everyday ,

because of member above needed only an advice , so i gave him the thing that he want , i recommended him some methods that i think good for him , also did my suggestions have any wrong ? ^^

I alaways want to speak fluncy English but i know i need spend more time to learn English. Now i have a job, new baby and need take care my family. Sometimes i feel so tired but i will try to spend a little time everyday to improve my English skill

Câu tôi sửa nét nghiêng hơi tối nghĩa. Nếu dùng từ "frequently" hoặc "so often" thì nó rõ hơn. Đọc "sometimes" người ta có cảm tưởng bạn muốn bỏ cuộc. "spare a little time" nghe đúng hơn "spend ..." (bạn cố giành môt ít thời giờ, thay vì cố bỏ ra một ít thời giờ).
Và nếu bạn nói "a set amount of time" thì nó tỏ rõ sự quyết định của mình hơn là "a little time".

First thing to learn about writing is to reread what you just wrote down. Finding out at least a few mistakes in your initial draft is the first sign that your writing skill is improving.

according to my personal opinion , to save the time that your fluent level of speaking skill is achieved more early , i think we should concentrate to some themes arround your daily job , example , my job type is about computer so i already armed and learnt the related vocabularies (e.g. : computer , monitor , OK , not good , not yet , cable , setup , undo , software , licence, version, etc. ) , after i can control the quantity of vocabulary around two hundred to three hundred then i can send email or communicate with my boss confidently ^^

- Early là 1 adjective không đi với động từ achieve được. Phải xài 1 adverb thí dụ như quickly
- "speaking skill" không liên quan đến "send email"
- Dấu chấm câu: từ đầu đến cuối không có dấu chấm nào, example nằm giữa 2 dấu "," nên lạc lõng
- Tiếng Anh/ Việt: undo không phải gỡ phần mềm, loại công việc không phải job type, licence (phần mềm) không phải giấy phép, vocabulary nếu đếm 200, 300 thì đếm bằng word(s)

Một câu dài trên 100 từ mà bạn không có một dấu chấm để ngắt. Trình độ tiếng Anh lẫn tiếng Việt của bạn cần kiểm soát lại.
Đây là sửa cách dùng từ. Chưa nói đến văn phạm:
according to my personal opinion: bây giờ người ta hay dùng "In my humble opinion" viết tắt là IMHO
your fluent level of speaking skill: your own fluency in conversational English (speaking là một chuyện, listening là chuyện khác, vì vậy conversatioon mới đúng)
is achieved more early: can be achieved at a faster pace
i think we should concentrate to some themes arround your daily job: my approach is to first concentrate the majority of my effort on things I can pick up from my daily working enviroment (từ themes hoàn toàn sai trong trường hợp này)
example: for example
my job type is about computer: my current job is all about computer
so i already : therefore I have had the opportunities to
armed and learnt
the related vocabularies: a great number of related words, phrases and terms.
e.g. : computer. : e.g. does not need a colon
monitor , OK , not good , not yet , cable , setup , undo , software , licence, version, etc. : many of of these terms are daily things, not necessarily related to IT environment. Some of them have different meanings in normal day to day English.
after i can control the quantity of vocabulary around two hundred to three hundred then i can send email or communicate with my boss confidently: not sure what to do with this, since the sentence is very vague, probably due to poor grammar. You fail to tell the readers whether this is what you have already achieved or what you are aiming at.

A few hundred words of English, even limited to technical environment, is very modest. A person needs a couple thousand to comunicate with confidence.
The last sentence in your word proves that your set goal is wrong. You aiming at vocabularies and completely ingore the importance of grammar. Judging by your wtirng, I daresay that you have always belittle the latter. It's time to rethink your strategy.

Chú thích quan trọng: tiếng Anh, từ "I" luôn luôn được viết hoa. Trừ trường hợp chơi chữ. Mà muốn chơi chữ như thế phải có it nhất vài năm kinh nghiệm về văn chương (văn chương chứ không phải chỉ tiếng Anh)
Cẩn thận khi học theo mấy tay viết trong các diễn đàn. Nên nhớ rằng người Việt không hẳn đã viết đúng tiếng Việt. Anh Mỹ cũng có nhiều thằng dốt.
