1. ASAP Utilities menu

Cột & Dòng » chọn, dấu hoặc xoá

Conditionally select, hide or delete entire rows or columns with a specified value, duplicate rows or columns, or empty rows or columns.
You can also use it to remove completely empty rows.
Criteria to select, hide or delete:

Chọn lựa có điều kiện, dấu, xoá nguyên dòng hoặc cột, với giá trị cho trước, tạo thêm dòng hoặc cột, hoặc xoá bỏ các dòng cột trống.
Bạn cũng có thể sử dụng tiện ích này để xoá hẳn các dòng trống.

Giá trị lựa chọn làm điều kiện chọn, dấu hoặc xoá:
- between
nằm giữa
- not between
Không nằm giữa
- equal to
bằng
- not equal to
Không bằng
- greater than
Lớn hơn
- less than
Nhỏ hơn
- greater than or equal to

- duplicate values (if you choose to delete, the row/column with first value will be kept).

2. ASAP Utilities menu

Columns & Rows » Color each n'th row or column in selection...
Tô màu cột và dòng mang số thứ tự n trong vùng chọn

Give each second (or thirds, you can specify this) row or column in your selected range a color. Also know as color-banding.
Tô màu mỗi dòng / cột thứ 2, hoặc 3, tuỳ ý, trong 1 vùng chọn. Còn được biết đến như là tiện ích tô màu dải băng.

This enhances the readability of complex large tables.
There are two options: you can either color the cells, or use a conditional formatting formula. With the second option (Conditional formatting) the colors will be automatically updated when you insert or remove rows or columns, furthermore with this option the color banding will rely on the row or column number.

Biện pháp tô màu này làm nổi bật và dễ đọc đối với bảng tính có kích thước lớn.
Có 2 lựa chọn: bạn có thể đơn giản tô màu cell, hoặc dùng 1 công thức định dạng có điều kiện. Với lựa chọn 2, (CF), màu sẽ tự cập nhật khi bạn chèn thêm dòng/ cột hoặc xoá dòng/ cột, nghĩa là định dạng màu là cố định đối với số thứ tự dòng/ cột.

Depending on how you have chosen to color there are two possible options to remove the color:
1. Remove the color using the paint bucket, or right-click on the cell and choose Format Cells, and then in the "Patterns" tab choose "No color"
2. If you have used the conditional formatting option:
In the menu choose Format > Conditional Formatting then remove the condition that sets the alternate colors (by default condition 1).

Tuỳ theo bạn chọn cách nào để tô màu, sẽ có 2 cách để bỏ định dạng màu:
1. Xoá màu bằng cách chọn no fill trong bảng màu, hoặc click phải, chọn Format Cell, trong tab Pattern chọn No color.
2. Nếu bạn đã chọn định dang có điều kiện, Chọn Menu Format – Conditional formatting và xoá bỏ điều kiện định dạng.

Merges (concatenate) the data in selected adjacent columns, and asks you for a delimiter.
e.g. [1][2][3][4][5] with delimited "-" becomes:
[1-2-3-4-5][ ][ ][ ][ ]

7. ASAP Utilities Menu

Columns & Rows » Insert multiple empty rows at once...
Allows you to easily insert multiple rows at once. This is normally not easily possible in Excel itself.
Inserting multiple rows "the Excel way".
If you want to insert multiple rows at once the standard procedure is to first select multiple rows and then use the "Insert" command.
For example if you want to insert 10 rows between A1 and A2, you first have to select rows 2:11 and then insert the rows.

Cho phép bạn chèn nhiều dòng 1 lúc. Điều này không dễ thực hiện trong Excel:
Chèn dòng kiểu Excel:
Nếu bạn nuốn chèn nhiều dòng 1 lúc, cách cơ bản là chọn 1 số dòng rồi dùng lệnh Insert trong menu.
Thí dụ muốn chèn 10 dòng giữa A1 và A2, trướoc tiên bạn đánh dấu chọn từ A2 đến A11 sau đó Insert dòng.

Inserting multiple rows "the ASAP Utilities way"
The above solution works for small amount of rows. However if you need to insert for example 800 rows this is not a workable solution. Therefore I have written the utility which lets you choose the amount of rows to insert below the selected cell/row.

Chèn dòng kiểu ASAP:
Giải pháp nói trên phù hợp với 1 số nhỏ dòng muốn chèn. Tuy nhiên khi bạn cần chèn chẳng hạn 800 dòng thì giải pháp này không hay. Vì vậy ASAP tạo 1 công cụ cho phép bạn chọn số dòng muốn chèn bên dưới dòng hoặc cell chọn.

Remove all hidden rows and columns from the active sheet. Useful when you want to pass to clean up the file before distributing and delete all unnecessary information.
Xoá mọi dòng cột trong sheet hiện hành. Sẽ hữu ích khi bạn muốn dọn dẹp sạch sẽ file trưuóc khi sắp xếp dữ liệu và xoá đi mọi thông tin không cần thiết.

Be careful when you have formulas with references to data in the hidden cells.
Hãy cẩn thận khi bạn có những cell có công thức liên quan đến dữ liệu trong các dòng, cột trống.

Transposes data in one column to several columns. Especially useful when you have to deal with a large amount of data in one column.

13. ASAP Utilities Menu

Columns & Rows » Put together rows or columns from several sheets...

This utility will put together (join, consolidate) the selected columns or rows from each sheet into a new sheet (summary-worksheet).
Công cụ này sẽ tập hợp (kết hợp, tập kết) các cột/dòng chọn từ mỗi sheet vào 1 sheet mới (gọi là sheet Tổng kết)

Usage:
Cách dùng:
1. Select the desired sheets.
2. Start this utility, then select the column(s) or row(s) you wish to put together

• Chọn các sheet mong muốn.
• Khợi động tiện ích, sau đó chọn 1 số dòng/cột bạn muốn tập hợp lại.

This utility will copy the selected columns or rows from each selected sheet, and combines them into a new sheet.

If you use the option "Create dynamic links" the new sheet will contain formulas with a cell reference to the original data. If you choose to create dynamic links, the display of zero values will be turned off. (Tools » Options » View » Zero Values)
This utility used to be called "Summarize rows or columns from several sheets" but has been renamed because some people associated it with the use of the SUM() formula in stead of creating a summary.

Tiện ích này sẽ copy các dòng cột chọn từ từnf sheet chọn, và sắp xếp nối chúng lại trong 1 sheet mới.
Nếu bạn click chọn "Create dynamic links" sheet mới sẽ chứa công thức liên kết tới dữ liệu nguồn. Lúc đó, sự hiển thị giá trị zéro sẽ bị tắt (Tools » Options » View » Zero Values)

Công cụ này trước đây được gọi là “tiện ích tổng hợp dòng và cột từ nhiều sheets” nhưng đã phải sửa lại như hiện nay, vì nhiều người liên tưởng Summarize đến hàm SUM() thay vì đúng hơn là tạo 1 sheet tập hợp dữ liệu.
