Ý tưởng: có google form để nhập thông tin. Thông tin này sẽ được lưu trong google sheets và ngay sau đó các thông tin này được in thông qua google docs theo mẫu có sẵn.

Tuy nhiên do các dòng code này có thể đã "chạy" nhanh hơn dòng lệnh ArrayFormula(iferror(VLOOKUP($B$2:$B$1015,data!$A$2:$F$1000,{2},0),"")) nên không thể lấy hết thông tin từ google sheet qua cho google docs.
