To prevent possible loss of data, Excel can not shift nonblank cells off of the worksheet. Select another location in which to insert new cells, or delete data from the end of your work sheet
If you do not have data in cells that can be shifted off the worksheet, you can reset which cells Excel considers nonblank. To do this, press CTRL+End to locate the last nonblank cell on the worksheet. Delete this cell and all cells between it and the last row and column of your data then save

Để tránh mất dữ liệu, Excel không thể đẩy ô không trống ra ngoài bảng tính. Hãy chọn vị trí khác để chèn ô mới vào hoặc xóa dữ liệu ở ô cuối bảng tính.
Nếu bạn không có dữ liệu ở các ô có thể bị đẩy ra khỏi bảng tính, bạn có thể xóa những ô Excel cho là không rỗng. Để làm việc này, bấm Ctrl-End để đến ô không rỗng cuối cùng, xóa ô này và các ô giữa nó với dòng và cột cuối của dữ liệu của bạn rồi lưu lại.
VD: để ngăn bạn thêm 1 dòng vào sheet, người ta nhập dữ liệu (có khi là khoảng trắng) vào dòng cuối của sheet, mình dùng 2003 là dòng 65536. Nếu bạn thêm dòng vào sheet, dòng 65536 chứa dữ liệu bị đẩy ra ngoài, điều này Excel không cho phép.
